Lake County · ZIP 95423 — same-day springs, openers, cables & 24/7 emergency service.

Clearlake Oaks lives on the water twice over — the lake out front and the Keys' canals threading behind the houses, with docks where driveways would be anywhere else. Highway 20 strings the town along the east shore, ridgetop homes watch the lake from above, and half the garages here are really boat houses with a door on them.
Canal-front garages are their own trade: oversized doors for boats on trailers, hardware living a few feet from year-round water, and openers that cycle at dawn when the bass bite. We spec corrosion-resistant cables and sealed rollers as the default in the Keys, size doors for real boat clearances, and keep tournament weekends in mind when we schedule.
From quick repairs to full installs, we cover homes throughout the area, including:
Water this close keeps score on steel — bottom brackets, cables, and springs rust here faster than anywhere else on our route except the docks themselves. The fix is spec, not hope: coated coils, marine-minded cable, sealed bearings, and a yearly once-over that catches the shore's work early.
Know the area? You'll find our trucks near the Keys canals, the Highway 20 waterfront, Sulphur Bank Point, the Oaks boat launches and High Valley Road climb.
Tell us what your door is doing and we'll call you right back. No prices online — cost depends on the door, parts, and size, so we give an exact on-site quote.
