Clearlake is home — our shop sits on Meadowbrook Drive, and the town's hilly, tree-lined grid is where every route starts. It's the biggest community on the lake and the most varied: prewar cottages near the old lakefront, manufactured homes on quiet streets, newer builds filling Burns Valley, and lakefront places out toward Monitor Cove with Konocti filling the view.
That mix is our daily bread. Manufactured homes need doors and openers fitted to lighter framing and non-standard openings — improvisation is how they got broken in the first place. The older cottages carry hardware from another era, and the Cache Fire streets have new construction with builder-grade parts already reaching their first limits. One town, four different service calls; the truck stocks for all of them.
